About us
We are going on an adventure!! We decided to get rid of all of our belongings and hit the road to explore America. The idea to get an RV and hit the road has been on our minds for years. However, a desire we thought we would pursue when we retired and could enjoy our “golden years.” We changed our minds. Or I should say we got a little scared. What if the “golden years” never come? Uh-Oh! So we asked ourselves “why don’t we just do it now?” We had no answers as to why we shouldn’t, so here we are, about a week away from hitting the road. This blog is about our adventures on the road.
We are a family of 3 with 3 dogs all living in a travel trailer for the next 2 years with America as our backyard. Our crew consists of Chris (dad) who will pursue many interests on the road including electronics, archery and violin to name a few. Debbie (mom) who will pursue photography and writing for fun. JoeJoe (the kid) who will be going to school online, archery and guitar. Rock and Sock who are the 12 year old dogs who will pursue sleep and learning to potty on a leash. Bella the 8 year old dog who will pursue sleeping and learning to stay warm in the much cooler weather we will be in. Then all of us (not the dogs) will be riding mountain bikes and road bikes in as many states as possible, just simply exploring anything and everything.

It’s good to know that the younger generation has more brains than their parents.
